Sports Meet 2019
A sports meet was held by M.Sc Food Technology students in the month of February-March. The event was flagged off with a baton run by the captains of all teams. The entire Food Technology batch (1st and 2nd years) was divided into 4 teams namely- Thunder Wolves, Demolition Crew, Rebels and Spinebusters. The games held were Badminton Singles (Boys and Girls) and Doubles, Table Tennis, Football,Volleyball, Relay Race, Marathon, Carrom and Chess. Demolition Crew secured first position in the Sports Meet while Thunder Wolves finished a close second. The sports meet was held with great gusto and saw participation in huge numbers. It also served as a much needed break from the hectic schedule and was a fun filled event.
